What data we process
Only what you enter in the contact form: name, company, email address, phone number, any proposed meeting times and your message. The form may also send technical information about time zone and, where available, campaign parameters and referring page associated with the enquiry.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used solely to answer your enquiry and arrange a short 15-minute Teams call. The legal basis is your consent, given in the form and withdrawable at any time.
Email delivery and recipients
When you submit the form, two emails are delivered through our email provider Resend (Resend, Inc.), acting as data processor: an internal enquiry to mflodin@eragroup.com and a receipt to your own address. The sending address is webb@notify.jmfeurope.se. We never sell your data or share it with any other third party.
Retention
The data is kept in our email correspondence for as long as the enquiry is active and deleted once it is closed, unless we have agreed on continued contact.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, object to the processing and withdraw your consent. Email mflodin@eragroup.com. You may also contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Cookies
This site uses no tracking or marketing cookies. If you play the embedded video, it is served from YouTube's cookie-free domain (youtube-nocookie.com).
